A Special Thanks to 2022!

And Cheers to 2023!

2022 is finally over, and I cannot believe how much I have

grown as a photographer. When I look back to 2021, I had just scheduled my very

first paid gig! Now, in 2022, I am scheduling sessions for a year in advance!

It is so insane how much things can change in just a year.

In this blog, I decided to share my favorite shoots from the year, and give thanks to everyone

who had helped me get where I am today!

The first shoot I would like to acknowledge is a

shoot I had with a friend! I had just got a new camera, and I had

told her I wanted to take photos. She was stoked on the idea and immediately

had so many visions. We made our way to Sparks lake, grabbed some props

and got to shooting. This shoot was more creative than other ones I had done,

and the outcome of the photos made me so happy!

I used to take photos for fun, but after taking these photos, I realized

that photography was my passion.

This was my favorite photo from that shoot.

The second shoot I would like to talk about was when

I second shot my first wedding! My friend Isabella who is a wedding photographer

offered me the gig at the last minute and it happened

to work out. That experience taught me so much,

and Isabella gave me so much advice and encouragement!

Without that opportunity, I wouldn't have

the knowledge or confidence that I have now when taking photos.

I am excited to be taking that experience and knowledge

with me into future shoots!

The last shoot I would like to mention would be my

cousins' engagement shoot! I took these photos later in the year with

snow on the ground, and It was FREEZING!!

The reason I decided to mention this session was because

they decided to use me as their wedding photographer in 2023!

This is a big deal to me as a photographer. In a matter of a few months

I got to second shoot a wedding, and then I got to schedule a wedding as the

main photographer! I am already so obsessed with their engagement

photos that I don't even know how I am going to

react to their wedding photos!

Now we wait for their wedding!

To end off this blog, I just wanted to thank anyone

who has helped me with my career! I am so grateful for what 2022

gave me, and I am so excited to see what 2023 has in store for me. My

books are open for 2023 and you can schedule as far in advance

as you need. I am also looking into traveling a little bit
